By registering for or using Footieflux (the "Game") through the website located at https://footieflux.app (the "Website") and associated domains, you (the "Player") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Website. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Footieflux reserves the right to request proof of age and to suspend any account where this requirement is not met.

Game rules

Incorrect, incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. The computer record of an entry will be considered the definitive record. The decision of Footieflux on all matters relating to the Game is final.

Footieflux reserves the right to refuse any entry that, in its opinion, does not comply with the rules and regulations of the Game or contravenes the spirit of the Game. Footieflux further reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entry, or to vary, amend or waive the rules of the Game at any time. Players agree that no liability shall attach to Footieflux as a result, and that no compensation shall be payable to any Player arising from the exercise of such discretion. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the Player agrees to abide by them.

Tournament data

Tournament data including teams, fixtures, matches and dates is sourced from the relevant governing authority for each competition (such as FIFA, UEFA, AFC, and others). This data is publicly available from those governing bodies. The prediction functionality, points structure, rules, and Footieflux-specific content are copyright © Footieflux and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Leaderboard and results

The winner of each tournament leaderboard is the Player at the top of the leaderboard at the conclusion of the relevant tournament, once all points from the final game have been integrated into the system. Footieflux reserves the right to withhold or revoke results where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the prediction system, and scoring methodology, is the intellectual property of Techamigo or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our express written permission.

3rd Party Content

All tournament logos, club badges, and team names are the property of their respective owners and governing bodies. Footieflux is an independent prediction game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any football governing body, league, club, or competition.

Account termination

Footieflux reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any Player from the Game at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• - any attempt or suspected attempt to hack, manipulate or disrupt any servers or systems operated by Footieflux;
• - abusive, offensive or fraudulent behaviour;
• - breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

In such cases, any prediction and league data associated with the account may be deleted. Footieflux reserves the right to report any unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities.

Service availability

We endeavour to keep the Website available at all times, particularly during live tournaments. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses or missed predictions arising from downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techamigo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Website or the Game, including but not limited to errors in tournament data, scoring calculations, or leaderboard positions.

Amendments

Footieflux reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
